Happy New Year!

2008! I have many goals this year and I'm feeling motivated and ready to get started. My first, and most important goal to accomplish is to finally find a church and start attending regularly. It's important for me to have God in my life as well as in the lives of my children. I found one a while back that I only attended a few times with the girls that I really enjoyed. It was a smaller, real family oriented church, and had a great pastor, but it was a bit of a distance away and I'd rather find something closer with people who live in the same community as me and so it'll be more convenient. I hope I can find the right church soon and pray that Carey also decides to come with us!

Some of you may know about the clay designs I've been crafting and placing in shadow box frames to make cute decor for children's rooms. This leads me to my second goal to accomplish this year which is to start my own business selling these designs. So far, I've had a little luck with selling a few on ebay and had a few people interested after placing them on craig's list..but they need a little more exposure, and so my first plan is finish my partially started website and attend some craft shows. I'm excited to see what may come of this!

So, as I have many other goals to accomplish, I'm thinking I'll start with these and hopefully the rest will be easy :)
